What comes across, and what does not
What the connection brings
Every guest checkout creates the cleaning that goes with it, on the right day and within the property's window. The cleaner is notified straight away; they accept, or suggest another date.
A booking cancelled on your side cancels the cleaning on ours. Moved dates move the cleaning. There is nothing to redo by hand.
What we never touch
We never change anything in your calendar or your software: the connection only READS. Your rates, your listings, your guest messages and your payments stay where they are, and keep being managed there.
We do not collect the guest's full name, their address or their payment details: a cleaning has no use for them.
How long it takes
A connection takes a few minutes to set up, from a property's settings, and comes off just as fast. Later stays arrive by themselves; between two automatic runs, a button forces a sync.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to switch management software?
No. CleanClac sits alongside yours and handles the cleaning only. If you have none, your platform's iCal link is enough.
My platform is not on the list, what now?
If it publishes an iCal calendar, it works, and nearly every booking platform does. Copy the link from your listing and paste it into the property.
What happens if I disconnect?
Cleanings already created stay, with their history and their evidence. Only later stays stop arriving.
