Billing questions
What if I add a property during the year?
You pay only the difference, pro rata for the remaining days. And if you have a discount on the current period, it applies to that addition too. The full new price only takes effect at the next renewal.
Is the trial really commitment-free?
Yes. No card at sign-up, and nothing kicks in at the end of the fourteen days. You choose, or you do not.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes, and it is half the price: the annual plan works out at half the monthly one. You can switch between the two.
What if I cancel?
Your subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for. After that, access to the management pages pauses, but nothing is erased: your properties, your checklists and your history are waiting for you.
Is there a commission on my cleanings?
None. CleanClac never takes a commission, neither on your bookings nor on what you pay your cleaners.
