Manager questions

How many properties can I manage?

As many as you like. The price follows the number of active properties, and you can add more mid-subscription: you then pay only the difference, pro rata for the remaining days.

Can I give a partner access without opening everything up?

Yes, that is exactly what the team manager role is for. They handle the properties you entrust to them, and nothing else: no billing, no referrals, no creating or deleting properties.

How long does the free plan last?

It does not end. One property stays free for as long as you use it, with no card and no countdown. The subscription only starts with your second property.

Do my cleaners have to install anything?

The app, on iPhone or Android, or simply the website in their browser. They sign in with their phone number and the six-digit code you give them.

I run a property management company, does this hold at my scale?

That is the most common use case. Each owner becomes a team manager on their own properties, your cleaners stay unlimited and free, and billing stays yours: you pay for active properties, and nobody else sees the amounts.

What exactly does CleanClac connect to?

Airbnb, Booking, Abritel and Vrbo calendars, and the Beds24, Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify, Smoobu and SuperHote property management systems. You paste the calendar link or connect the software, and every booking assigns its cleaning.

Do I have to change my management tool?

No. CleanClac only does cleanings: it plugs into yours and leaves it everything else, the rates, the guests, the payments. If you have no such software, the platforms’ calendar links are enough.

Can I use CleanClac outside short-term rentals?

Yes. A cleaning company, a housekeeper, an office manager: each place becomes a "property", visits are scheduled by hand, and everything else works the same.
