Will I ever have to pay for anything?
No. The app is free for life for cleaners. There is no subscription, no paid option, and no commission on your work.
How do I join a client?
The manager invites you with your phone number and gives you a six-digit code. You create your account with that code, and their properties appear. You can also turn on "Find work" to receive requests from clients nearby.
Does the client see where I live?
No. Before you accept, they only see your first name, your photo, the distance to the property and the number of cleanings you have completed. Neither your address nor your phone number.
Can I turn down a cleaning?
Yes, and suggest another date. You can also decline a request from a new client. In both cases we simply ask for the reason, so the other person understands.
What if I work for several clients?
That is expected. All your clients fit in the same app, and your schedule mixes them in the order of the day.
