The guest cleaning card

The guest cleaning card shows your guests when, by whom and how their home was prepared.

They rate the cleanliness on the spot: you hear about a problem during the stay, before the public review.

What guests see

The last cleaning in detail: the time, the cleaner, the points checked, the linen and the little touches.

Never a surname, phone number, issue report or access code.

Cleaners choose what to show

First name and photo, first name only or anonymous: each cleaner sets it in their profile.

Every rating reaches the right person

From 1 to 5 stars, with a few words if the guest wishes.

At 3 stars or fewer, you are alerted at once. At 4 or 5, the words go to the cleaner. One review per cleaning.

All from the property page

The table card, the guest page and every review received, together in one row.

Reviews in your reports

Average rating, number of reviews and page openings, day by day and property by property.

Why show the cleaning to your guests

Reassure guests from arrival

In a short-term rental, guests know neither the home nor the host. They wonder whether it was really cleaned. The guest cleaning card answers before they ask.

In a hotel, nobody knows who made up the room. Here, guests see the time, a first name and thirty points checked: more precise than any hotel.

This Airbnb cleaning transparency changes everything: a slip becomes a detail, not neglect.

Cleanliness reviews at the right time

On Airbnb as on Booking.com, cleanliness gets its own score. The public review comes after checkout, too late to fix anything.

With the card, a low rating reaches you during the stay, with its reason. You can send someone before the guest leaves.

Each cleaning receives a single review, from the first phone: no duplicates, no bursts of ratings.

Good ratings go straight to the cleaner who did the work: real recognition for your team.

Tracking built on the real work

The page uses the checklist ticked in the app: every task counts, and linen becomes "Clean sheets" for the guest. Nothing is added for show.

If your cleanings end with photos or a video, guests also see the home as it was left.

In your reports, you follow the rating of each property and spot the one slipping before the platforms do.

Ready in a few minutes

Print the PDF from the property page, fold the sheet and stand it in plain sight. The page updates itself after every cleaning.

The QR code never changes: a card left in place works as long as the property does, with nothing to reprint.

Frequently asked questions about the guest card

What personal data does the guest page show?

The cleaner's first name, and their photo if they agree. Never a surname, phone number, instruction, issue report or access code. The page is not indexed.

Which language do guests see the page in?

In the language of their phone (six languages, English otherwise). The printed card is bilingual: local language on the front, English on the back.

What do guests see while a cleaning is in progress?

Always the last completed cleaning. A cleaning in progress only appears once the cleaner has finished it.

Can a guest rate the same cleaning several times?

No: one review per cleaning. The first phone wins and can complete its message for one hour.

Do I need a new card when the cleaner changes?

No. The QR code belongs to the property: the page always shows the cleaner of the last cleaning.

Does the guest card cost extra?

No, it is included in CleanClac at no extra cost, for every account. You print the PDF yourself, in black and white.
