Airbnb cleaning schedule
Every Airbnb, Booking or Vrbo booking adds its cleaning to your cleaning schedule on checkout day.
Paste the iCal link of your listings or connect your property management software: cleanings arrive on their own, with the property’s checklist.

Accepted in two taps
Your cleaner gets the job, accepts it and sets an arrival time, and you are notified straight away.
Several cleaners on one property? The first to accept takes the job. A refusal or a day off sends it back to you to plan.

The cleaning follows the booking
New dates move the cleaning, a cancelled booking cancels it, and the cleaner is told.
Calendars are read every 30 minutes. Dates you block on the platform never create a cleaning.
Every status has its colour
Orange to plan, yellow pending, green confirmed or done, red running late: everything reads at a glance.
“Today” shows the day’s cleanings, “Upcoming” the calendar of all your properties. Tap an empty day to add a cleaning.

One window, one arrival time
Every cleaning is created inside the property’s window, and your cleaner picks an arrival time within it.
If they are already busy at that time, the app suggests the first free slot.

12 PM1 PMReminders and a synced calendar
Cleaners get reminders at 7 PM the day before and 7 AM on the day, with jobs in their calendar.
Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook: one calendar for all their clients, with the address of every visit.
How to organise the cleaning schedule of a short-term rental
Start from bookings, not a spreadsheet
In short-term rentals, a cleaning has one fixed date: the day the guests leave. A schedule kept by hand ends up wrong, because every extra night or cancellation has to be copied over.
Starting from the bookings removes that copying. The platform’s calendar stays the only source, and the schedule moves when it moves.
Set a realistic cleaning window
The window starts at your checkout time and ends at the next check-in time, minus a margin. With checkout at 11 AM and check-in at 4 PM, a window from 11 AM to 4 PM works.
Measure the estimated duration over a few real visits: your cleaner can then fit two properties into one day without overlaps.
Name the team for each property
Naming the cleaner or cleaners of a property in advance saves you from reassigning every job. With two people named, a backup is ready when one of them is unavailable.
Cleaners enter the days they cannot work themselves, so you know before the day, not on the morning itself.
Watch the tightest days
Each cleaning’s details show the next stay. A cleaning still yellow the day before an arrival deserves a message to the cleaner; the evening and morning reminders do the rest.
Several platforms, one schedule
Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo can all feed the same property, each through its own calendar. With Smoobu, Beds24, Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify or SuperHote, a direct connection replaces the iCal links and adds the number of guests.
An off-platform cleaning is added by hand on the day you choose. It joins the same schedule and triggers the same reminders.
Frequently asked questions
How do cleanings get into the schedule?
Paste the iCal link of your Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Abritel or Google Calendar listing, or connect your property management software: each stay creates a cleaning on checkout day.
How often are bookings read?
Every 30 minutes, for iCal calendars and property management software alike. A button also runs the sync straight away.
What happens to the cleaning if the booking is cancelled or moved?
It follows the new checkout day, or disappears if the booking is cancelled, and the cleaner is notified. A cleaning that has started or is finished is never touched.
Airbnb and Booking.com on the same property: will I get duplicates?
Connect both calendars to the same property. Blocked or unavailable dates, often published for bookings taken on the other platform, never create a cleaning.
Can I add a cleaning without a booking?
Yes: tap an empty day in the schedule to add a cleaning or a booking by hand.
Do cleaners see the jobs from all their clients?
Yes. Their schedule brings together all their cleanings, whoever the manager is, and they can add them to their phone’s calendar.
Is the automatic schedule free?
Yes for one property, with no time limit and one cleaner. A subscription adds more properties, an unlimited team and connections to property management software.
