Timestamped, sealed photos
The time that counts is the server's, not the phone's.
Photos are taken in the app, never from the gallery. Date and GPS are burned in, the SHA-256 fingerprint is sealed: an edited shot no longer matches its proof.
Arrival checked by GPS
"I've arrived" records the time and the distance to the property.
Beyond 200 metres, the report opens with a red alert. The duration runs from start to finish, not across the window.

That record separates what the guest left behind from what the cleaning did.

Disputes are won with dated evidence
A contested deposit, a damage claim, a stain on the sofa: the question is always the same. What state was the property in, and when?
A photo sent over a messaging app cannot answer that. In CleanClac it comes out of the camera during the clean, shows its date and position, and the server keeps its time and fingerprint.
The arrival check completes the file: what the guest left is documented on the day, and the cleaner is not blamed for it.
Quality you can measure
Clean after clean, actual durations reveal the property that needs more work, or the rushed visit. Arrival ratings flag the guests who leave a property in a hard state.
A clean that has not started on time, or runs over, alerts you right away. If the property has a guest card, the guest's rating lands in the same summary.

What the report does not do
It gathers evidence; it does not decide for you. The time comes from CleanClac's server, not from a certified third party issuing qualified timestamps.

Questions about the cleaning report
What is in a CleanClac cleaning report?
The cleaner, the condition rated on arrival, the time and actual duration, the tasks, the photos or video, incidents, the price and, when there is one, the guest's rating.
Can a photo be backdated or edited?
No. It is taken in the app, the server sets the time, and its SHA-256 fingerprint stops matching if the file changes. These records cannot be deleted from the app.
How do I know the cleaner was really on site?
At check-in, the app measures the distance to the property. Beyond 200 metres, the summary and the end-of-cleaning email flag it.
Does the report help in a dispute?
It gathers dated photos, the arrival condition and incidents with photos, and the email keeps a written record. It is not a qualified timestamp: take advice before any proceedings.
Does the cleaner see the same report?
Yes, the same page, with their pay, their photos and their reports. Only the manager's actions are hidden from them.
Is the report included in the free plan?
Yes. The first property is free, with no card and no time limit, including reports, timestamped photos and check-in.
