Search near the property
An Airbnb cleaner comes on checkout day, sometimes several times a week. Distance matters more than anything, which is why the search starts from the property’s address, not yours.
Each cleaner decides how far they are willing to travel. The people you see have already agreed to the trip.
Read a profile
The number of cleanings done shows the experience gained on CleanClac, the distance shows the trip ahead. A “New user” has no history yet: often someone available, worth trying on a first cleaning.
Offer a clear rate
A rate per cleaning suits regular turnovers, an hourly rate suits large houses or deep cleans. Laundry is added separately, per load.
The cleaner sees this rate before committing. If they accept, it becomes their rate on the property, and every cleaning shows its amount.
Pay with no middleman
CleanClac takes no commission, neither on the introduction nor on the cleanings. You pay the cleaner directly, as you agreed together, and the money never goes through the app.
When nobody is available
In an area with few cleaners yet, tap “Let me know”. As soon as a cleaner signs up there, the request goes to the nearest one with your rate, and a notification tells you.
Meanwhile the property stays on the waiting list in the Team tab, and the watch can be removed in one gesture.
What is free
Search is open to everyone. The free property includes one cleaner; with a subscription, your team is unlimited, with no extra charge per person.

How are cleaners found?
Around the property’s address. A cleaner shows up if your property lies within the radius they chose, up to 100 km from home.
What does the cleaner see before accepting?
Your name, the property (photo, distance, bedrooms, beds, bathrooms) and the rate you offer. The address only reaches them once they agree.
Can I change the rate after sending?
Yes, until they answer: open their profile in Team and tap the rate. Once the request is accepted, the rate is changed on the property.
What if nobody is available nearby?
Tap “Let me know”. As soon as a cleaner signs up in the area, your request goes to them with your rate, and a notification tells you.
How do I pay the cleaner?
Directly, as you agree together. CleanClac plays no part in the payment and takes nothing from the job.
Why can the search not find my property?
It needs the property’s position on the map: edit its address by picking it from the suggested list, then search again.
