What comes across, and what does not

PMS or iCal link: two ways to connect

Beds24, Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify, Smoobu and SuperHote connect directly. The connection is made once, from the menu, and imports all your properties with their bookings. One PMS at a time, for subscribers.

Airbnb, Booking.com, Abritel, Vrbo, Google Calendar: any platform that publishes a calendar works through its iCal link, from the free property onwards. A property imported from a PMS takes none, to avoid duplicates.

What the connection brings

Every checkout creates its cleaning, within the property's window. A cleaner on auto-assign gets it straight away; otherwise it waits in the schedule. The first time, a notification announces your next cleanings.

A PMS also gives the number of guests, which sets linen and supplies. An iCal calendar only gives dates, so the property's capacity is used.

Cancellation or new dates: the cleaning follows, and the cleaner is notified.

What we never touch

The connection only reads. Rates, listings, messages and payments stay in your tool.

From the guest, only the name on the booking and the number of people come across. No address, no phone, no payment details, and your PMS credentials are encrypted at rest.

Pace and setup

A connection takes a few minutes. Everything is then read every 30 minutes, a button forces a sync, and a red dot flags a calendar that stops responding.

Disconnecting is just as simple: cleanings already created stay, with their history.

The other way round

“Export my calendar” sends your cleanings to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook, and it updates on its own. With no connection at all, you create cleanings by hand. Your cleaners can export their own schedule the same way.
