How much does CleanClac cost?
The first property is free, with no card and no time limit. The subscription starts with the second: €9.99 a month for two properties, €14.99 for three or four, €19.99 for five, then €4 per property beyond. On the annual plan it is €59.99, €89.99 and €119.99 by tier, half the price. With a subscription, cleaners and team managers are unlimited at no extra cost. The free property includes one cleaner: co-managers, additional cleaners, PMS connection and cleaner search require a subscription.
What if I add a property during the year?
You pay only the difference, pro rata for the remaining days. And if you have a discount on the current period, it applies to that addition too. The full new price only takes effect at the next renewal.
Is the free plan really commitment-free?
Yes. No card at sign-up, and nothing ever kicks in on its own. You add a second property the day you have one, or never.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes, and it is half the price: the annual plan works out at half the monthly one. You can switch between the two.
What if I cancel?
Your subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for. After that you return to the free plan, with one property, and nothing is deleted: your properties, checklists and history are waiting for you.
Is there a commission on my cleanings?
None. CleanClac never takes a commission, neither on your bookings nor on what you pay your cleaners.
